Frequently asked questions.

What is EcoVanguard?

EcoVanguard is a climate tech company developing wearable methane capture technology for cattle. Our goal is to reduce livestock emissions while creating new revenue streams for farmers.

How does your technology work?

We are in the early research and development phase of designing a system that captures methane from cattle burps, stores it, and converts it into sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) or renewable energy.

Why focus on methane?

Methane is 30x more potent than CO₂ as a greenhouse gas. Livestock produce 150 million metric tons annually, making it a major contributor to climate change. Capturing and utilizing methane presents both an environmental and economic opportunity.

For Farmers & Ranchers:

How will this benefit farmers?

EcoVanguard’s solution aims to turn emissions into income by allowing farmers to earn revenue through methane sales, carbon credits, and renewable fuel production.

How much revanue can a farmer generate?

While we are still in early-stage modeling, projections suggest farmers could earn up to $515 per cow per year through methane monetization.

Will the device affect animal health or productivity?

Animal welfare is our top priority. The device is being designed to be lightweight, durable, and non-invasive, ensuring minimal disruption to the animal’s natural behavior.

For Investors & Partners

What stage is EcoVanguard at?

We are in pre-seed development, currently refining concept designs and early prototyping while seeking funding and technical collaborators.

How can investors or partners get involved?

We are actively seeking funding, engineering talent, and pilot farm partnerships to accelerate development. Reach out if you're interested in supporting scalable climate solutions.
